What is your cancellation policy?

A highly skilled provider is scheduled to see you once an appointment is made. We require a 48 hour cancellation notice in order to avoid a system generated fee of $100 to cover the providers time and office expenses. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

Do you offer a membership?

We have several memberships to choose from and we can go over those with you to help you make the right decision however, a membership is not required in order to get services.

Why do I need a consultation?

With all of the options out there, a consultation will narrow down the best way to achieve your goals. At your consultation, we will go over your health history and also send you with any required pre-treatment medications, pre and post instructions etc.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash, credit cards, zelle, alphaeon, cherry financing via Alle, and care credit. HSA cards can also be used however, some will decline coverage and bill you separately for the total of your service.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. You may exchange product or service purchases for a balance on your account for future use.
